PYNEH Day

In light of the significant incident currently impacting Hong Kong, and with community efforts focused on supporting the victims of the Tai Po fire and post-disaster recovery, the PYNEH Day originally scheduled for 29 November 2025 has been cancelled. We deeply appreciate your unwavering support over the years. For any enquiries regarding the arrangements, please contact Co-Secretaries of the Organising Committee for PYNEH Day 2025 at 9165 1712.

To ensure proper arrangement of donations raised from this event, The Organising Committee would like to obtain the consent from donors or sponsors through participants to redirect all donations for the event to "The Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital Charitable Trust" to enhance of medical services and facilities for the benefit of patients and the community.

We kindly request donors / participants to complete and sign the attached form - "Donations Arrangement for PYNEH Day 2025 - Stride and Thrive (Charity Walkathon and Carnival)" and return the form by the following methods:

• Mail: Finance Services Division, 10/F, Block B, Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, 3 Lok Man Road, Chai Wan

For organisation / group participants, please submit the form via your group organiser.

If donors / sponsors disagree to the above arrangement, donors / participants may complete Annex 1 in the form and notify the Organising Committee by email or mail.

Please submit the form by 31 January 2026. If no reply is received by the deadline, the donation will be deemed as consent to redirect to "The Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital Charitable Trust" for enhancement of medical services.

If you have purchased cash vouchers for "PYNEH Day 2025," arrangements are as follows:
Option 1: Request Full Refund

• If you wish to receive a refund for the purchased cash vouchers, please email pyneh_ct@ha.org.hk or call 9165 1712 to contact the Organising Committee Secretary on or before 31 January 2026. Please note that you required to return the purchased cash vouchers together when applying for a refund.

Option 2: Retain vouchers for “PYNEH Day 2026”

• If you prefer to retain the purchased cash vouchers, they will remain valid for use at next year’s “PYNEH Day 2026” event.

If no reply is received by the deadline, it will be assumed that you have chosen to retain the cash vouchers for use at the PYNEH Day 2026 event.
