The Department of Ophthalmology (OPH) of Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital (PYNEH) commenced service since 1994. Through the successful cooperation with the TWGHs Lo Ka Chow Memorial Ophthalmic Centre at Tung Wah Eastern Hospital (TWEH), we managed to provide comprehensive and quality eye service to the community in Hong Kong East. With the support of excellent staff and highly efficient medical technology, we aim to provide a high standard the provision of clinical eye services and also take the leading role of manpower training, service planning and strategic development of ophthalmic service in Hong Kong East Cluster.
