Nethersole Clinical Simulation Training Centre (NCSTC) offers over 150 team-specific/multi-disciplinary CRM and Simulation training programs to HKEC and all HA Hospitals annually. Over 140 CRM SIM & Classroom trainers in HKEC join hands with NCSTC in teaching and program development for enhancement of team performance and patient safety.   Other than the trainer pool, there is a Link Person Network in our Hospital and Cluster to bridge the gap to facilitate clinical training development.  The unfailing support from both trainers & link persons tremendously contributes to clinical simulation training development in HKEC, so as to fostering the safety culture.
